The Water Wheel Economic Model
The Water Wheel Economic Model develops communities through the investment in the purpose of its individuals, and the collective desire and dedication to cooperative economics.
There are four cyclical components of the economic model - Invest, Build, Grow, Extract.
The objective is to invest in the creation of a business, build and grow it to the point of success, and then extract a percentage of the profit to build the next business. The purpose is to empower individuals to build economic capital and freedom through cooperative economics and the fulfillment of purpose.
Invest
This phase requires the initial investment in the individual's purpose in the form of the creation of a business. The investment can be financial or through the gift of a completed project that starts the individual's business.
By focusing on the individual's purpose, there is an increased chance of success and a decrease in greed.
Build
The 'build' phase employs success-driven project management to jump-start the business. What are the primary projects to accomplish in order to position the business on the path toward success? This phase uses project management techniques to outline and execute projects that assist in the development of the business.
Grow
What is the growth strategy to continue the business so that the business' profits can benefit the next business production? It is not enough to build the business, the business has to be able to grow and continue to produce profit.
Extract
The purpose of investing, building and growing the business is to extract a percentage of profits that will be used to produce the next business. This creates a cyclical pattern, or "Water Wheel" that allows people to work through the process of cooperative economics to build communities and assist one another to gain economic capital and fulfillment.
This is a mission based on cooperative economics needed to repair not only communities but the middle class by empowering people and establishing the principle of being your brother or sister's keeper and not their competitors. The elimination of greed will breed prosperity in those who can submit to hard work and non-selfish principles.
The increase in technology assists this model. Entrepreneurs can start a business at a lower cost by creating a digital strategy. Building an online business and creating an online presence through the use of digital marketing helps level the playing field. With experience in branding and digital marketing, Syreeta aims to hand select businesses to participate in the Water Wheel Model. She will invest in entrepreneurs with purpose to jumpstart their businesses, build the businesses through her project management firm, Dream Guider LLC., create a growth strategy so that the business can sustain and run like a machine, and then extract a percentage of profits to invest in the next business and continue the pattern. The businesses she extracts profits from will continue to thrive, outside of Syreeta's ownership, because self-sufficiency is an important component to economic freedom.
